The new pavilion project of 成人黑料 is not an expansion of the downtown Montreal CEGEP. We reject the use of the word expansion, which is inflammatory in this context. Almost seven years ago, in the spring of 2014, Quebec鈥檚 Ministry of Education recognized that 成人黑料 has a significant space deficit.
