Miriam Group back at Dawson & ready to help you!

Many people at Dawson know the Miriam Group already, but they were away for a long period due to COVID. Miriam Group’s purpose is to promote the development of work, social and interpersonal skills in an integrated work environment for people with special needs. They are back at Dawson three days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. There are five members, including a special care counselor who supports the group.
You are invited to get in touch with the Miriam Group if you need help with tasks, such as small amounts of paper shredding, putting up and taking down posters, flattening boxes, and/or assembling the boxes, helping in the kitchen, helping with reception at PARC, bringing things to shipping, mailings and more.
Manon Proteau of Miriam Group hopes they will be able to help people at Dawson and increase the inclusion and integration of Miriam Group members into the Dawson community. Contact Manon to get some help from the Miriam Group at Manon.Proteau.miriam@ssss.gouv.qc.ca
