CL脡O can help your students with French
Do your students need help learning French? CL脡O (Centre de langue 茅crite et orale) has a wide range of services offered online.
Not familiar with CL脡O? It鈥檚 Dawson鈥檚 French-language tutoring service. Dawson students can come to CL脡O to get help with homework and assignments, reading comprehension, proofreading, grammar, oral expression and presentations. CL脡O is open Monday through Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
As well as regular tutoring, CL脡O technicians are also offering two different conversation workshops during the Fall 2020 semester.
The 鈥淪hort Film Club鈥� presents a different short film from the National Film Board every Tuesday. Participants discuss the film in a relaxed fashion. Thursday鈥檚 鈥淐onversation Workshop,鈥� on the other hand, is a role-play type of workshop where students get to experience real-life situations in French, such as finding a new apartment or buying a present for a friend.
