Renew & Confirm Accommodations

If you were previously registered with the SAAC for accommodations, you must request and reactivate them every semester; they do not automatically renew even if your needs haven’t changed.

To renew your accommodations you can do so using the “” option in our online module.

Once your accommodation requests have been submitted, your Adapted Services Counsellor, will review your request. This can take up to 5 working days.

• If approved, you will receive your IEP (Individualized Education Plan) by email to your Dawson student email account (Omnivox – Microsoft 365 Mail).
  • Carefully read the instructions in the email. ONLY when we received a correctly confirmed IEP will we reactivate your accommodation and send them to your teachers.
• If denied, you will receive a message from your Adapted Services Counsellor wishing to meet with you.
